Is it possible to make partial payments on the outstanding balance on Bank Austria credit cards?
No. The Bank Austria credit cards currently offer no options for partial payments.

How can I apply for a supplementary card under my new Bank Austria credit card?
After you accept the offer to switch, you can also apply for a supplementary card. You can apply for the supplementary card together with the future supplementary card holder at any Bank Austria branch. If you use our 24You internet banking, you can also apply for a supplementary card via the Communication Centre by sending a message to your advisor. This requires that you and the future supplementary card holder actively use 24You internet banking.

Can I change the PIN code for my new Bank Austria credit card?
Yes. You can change the PIN at all Bank Austria ATMs and eligible third-party ATMs marked with the blue and green logo.

Can I pay with a Bank Austria credit card on the internet without using the MobileBanking app?
No. For security reasons, the MobileBanking app must be used for authentication when making payments on the internet.

You can have your personal information such as your address and telephone number updated at any branch or request to have the information updated via the MobileBanking app or in 24You internet banking.

You can block your Bank Austria credit card online, in the 24You Internetbanking or MobileBanking App, or by calling thee 24h service line.

It is not possible to lift the block on a credit card. Contact one of our branches or send us a message via internet banking to apply for a new card.

Can I use my Bank Austria credit card outside of Austria? What are the fees for this?
GeoControl deactivation is required in advance before you can make withdrawals outside of Europe. You can have this done in any branch or through the 24h Service Line at +43 (0) 5 05 05-25.

How can I use all the services in my allyz app?
You can gain access to the extensive service package in the allyz app by registering in the app or at at.allyz.com/mitglied. In order to be able to use all of the services in the app, you must enter your personal Bank Austria user code in the “Add policy” field once. Your user code can be found on the rear of your Bank Austria debit card (Bankcard).
