Questions & answers
An acquiring contract governs the acceptance of card payments between your company and the acquirer, for example UniCredit Bank Austria. Without this contract you cannot accept any payments made by your customers with their credit or debit cards. The acquirer is responsible for the technical and financial settlement with card companies such as Mastercard.
All standard credit and debit cards (e.g. Mastercard, Maestro,…) – plus Apple Pay, Google Pay – can be accepted. Depending on the nature of the contract, this can be extended to include international cards (e.g. American Express).
We offer a broad range of stationary and mobile terminals – all depending on where these are to be deployed. All devices support contactless payment (NFC), chip cards and magnetic stripe as well as modern functions such as tipping and cancellation management.
Our E-Commerce solutions are easily integrated in all standard shop systems via interfaces (API, Plug-Ins). We will gladly help you with this process.
