Never Share your TANs and PINs!There is currently an increase in fraud attempts. Please be vigilant regarding suspicious phone calls or messages, as well as requests to authorize transactions or to share TANs and PINs. |
Attention: Bank Austria employees will never request payments from you over the phone.Currently, scams are circulating in which customers log onto fraudulent websites due to fake messages. These customers then receive calls claiming to be from Bank Austria. Scammers urge victims to make transfers for security reasons. |
