If you have blocked your user by entering it incorrectly several times, please contact our Bank Austria Security Center by calling +43 (0) 50505-26105. Please call from a phone number that is stored at Bank Austria. Please state that you wish to unblock your authorized party when you call. Alternatively, you are welcome to have your authorized party unblocked at one of our branches.

Your PIN is your password for entering 24You and the app. If you have forgotten it, you can request a new PIN at any time.

The user number is required together with the PIN for logging in. You will find it on the back of your debit card (BankCard or MegaCard).
