Your cashback credits are collected under “My Account” at cashbackonline.at, where you can check your balance at any time. Once any cancellation or return periods have expired, the total amount will be transferred directly to your Bank Austria account by the middle of the following month.
Under My Account – CashBack Online, you also have the option to support a good cause. Simply select “Donations” under My Account on cashbackonline.at and choose a charitable organisation – such as Caritas, the Red Cross or SOS Children’s Villages – and your cashback will be donated automatically.

You can view all current promotions and partners at cashbackonline.at. Your cashback credits are automatically displayed under My Account › My Transactions. Your cashback will be credited to your account in the following month. -
How do I shop via CashBack Online?
- Always start your shopping via the BenefitWorld online shopping portal at cashbackonline.at.
- Log in using your email address and password.
- Search for your chosen online shop or travel portal and follow the link to the partner shop. You can then shop or book your trip as usual.
- Please do not open any additional browser tabs or windows during the purchase process.
- Your cashback is often visible within a few minutes under My Account › My Transactions on cashbackonline.at. In some cases, it may take up to one day – thank you for your understanding.

Are all Bank Austria accounts eligible for CashBack Online?
Yes, all accounts used for payment transactions are eligible for the CashBack programme. You simply need to register at cashbackonline.at.

How do I receive my CashBack Online credits?
Please enter the account holder’s details and your IBAN at cashbackonline.at in good time before the first payout. You can also choose to donate part or all of your cashback to a charitable organisation.
After any cancellation or return periods have expired, payouts are usually made by the middle of the following month.
For Bank Austria customers, there is no minimum amount, and payouts are made automatically.

How much CashBack will I receive?
The cashback rate varies depending on the partner. Details of participating online shops and travel portals, as well as the respective cashback amounts, can be found on the BenefitWorld online shopping portal at cashbackonline.at.
Cashback is calculated on the net purchase amount, excluding returns, shipping costs and taxes. -
Does CashBack Online also apply to special offers and promotions?
Yes. CashBack is calculated on the purchase value, meaning you benefit from special offers and promotions as usual and receive additional CashBack on top.

Where can I find information about my CashBack Online transactions?
Details of individual orders with partner shops and of pending or paid CashBack Online credits can be found under My Account › My Transactions on cashbackonline.at.

Why isn’t my CashBack Online order displayed under “My Account”?
Orders are only displayed once the electronic purchase data has been transmitted to our servers at cashbackonline.at. Purchases and bookings are often visible within a few minutes, but with some partners it may take up to one day.
If your order has still not been recorded, please submit a request via › My Account › Missing CashBack. Requests can be submitted no earlier than 2 days and no later than 8 weeks after the purchase or booking. -
Is it possible to add cashback retrospectively?
CashBack credits are only granted for purchases or bookings made via the cashbackonline.at shopping portal. Unfortunately, retrospective claims are not possible.

Can CashBack Online credits expire?
No, your CashBack Online credits do not expire. They are automatically paid into your account once a month and can then be used freely.
If you have not yet registered your IBAN or selected a charitable organisation, your accumulated cashback will remain available on cashbackonline.at and will not expire. To receive a payout by the middle of the following month, simply enter your account details or choose a donation organisation under › My Account › My Details. -
What happens if I exchange an item purchased via CashBack Online?
CashBack is calculated based on the final net purchase amount after returns and exchanges. Any adjustments will be taken into account accordingly.

Do I need to reach a minimum spend or am I obliged to use CashBack Online?
No minimum spend is required, and there is no obligation to use the service.

Does it matter how I pay for my purchase (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)?
No, the payment method used does not affect your eligibility for CashBack.

How long will CashBack Online be available?
CashBack is planned as a long term benefit programme for Bank Austria account customers and will run at least until 31 December 2026.

BenefitWorld GmbH strictly complies with Austrian data protection legislation.

How can I protect myself against phishing in connection with CashBack Online?
BenefitWorld will never request personal data such as IBAN details by email. Such information can only be entered or changed within the secure registered area of the shopping portal at cashbackonline.at.

GoGreen partners were selected based on publicly available information on the partners’ websites, including:
- Sustainability, environmental protection and social responsibility initiatives
- Sustainable products and distribution channels
- Certifications, awards, certified environmental management systems and partnerships with NGOs in the social or environmental sector
In addition, potential GoGreen partners were asked to complete a questionnaire, which had to be answered with at least 50 % sustainability related criteria fulfilled.
