Your path with us as a shadowing participant
In consultation with your school, you can spend a week in one of our private customer branches looking over the shoulders of the team, asking questions and even trying your hand as a bank employee.
What you need to bring
Pupils aged 14 and over who would like to get a taste of the world of finance:
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Good behaviour
- Willingness to learn
- Commitment & interest
Our application process
With your CV, a short letter of motivation and the required confirmation from your school, you will introduce yourself directly at your preferred branch - the local manager will work with you to find out whether and when a taster week is possible.
Please note that due to the large number of taster students, practical work experience days are not possible in every branch or during every period. The final agreement is made by the respective manager directly in the branch!
