Albert Angersbach

He started in 2006 as a Corporate and Industry Analyst at UniCredit Bank Austria.
After serving as Credit Officer at Deutsche Bank, he rejoined UniCredit Group in 2010, taking on leadership roles including Head of Underwriting and later CRO at ATF Bank in Kazakhstan.
Albert Angersbach subsequently held CRO positions at UniCredit banks in Croatia, Turkey, Russia, and Bulgaria.
Most recently, he served as Head of Credit Risk Operations at HVB in Munich.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Finance and Law from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences (2006).
Since April 2026 he has been Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Bank Austria.
