100,000 flowers to be given away in Bank Austria's campaigns for private customers and SMEs

Bank Austria's early summer campaign for new customers centres on a year of free account management, the image BankCard free of charge and a welcome bouquet from Fleurop valued at EUR 35 (including delivery and service fees). The customer gets to decide when the bouquet is sent and who should receive it. The account campaign focuses on the service quality offered by Bank Austria, which was recently selected once again as one of Austria's most customer-oriented service providers.
Martin Nowicki, Bank Austria's new head of marketing for family and small and medium-sized enterprises, says: "We hope to surprise our customers again and again with pleasant campaigns, which is why we are welcoming new customers with a bouquet this summer."
As part of the account campaign, Bank Austria will give away roughly 100,000 flowers, most likely making it the most flowery bank ever. There will be promotions in 17 branches in Vienna – with a flower market stand, colourful decorative flowers and a contest to activate new customers. Every ticket is a winner: Each participant will immediately receive a colourful Gerbera and will have the chance to win one of 50 Fleurop bouquets and a trip to the flower island of Madeira.
Bank Austria's SME campaign
The SME campaign will present prominent testimonials to promote the custom-tailored services offered by Bank Austria for small and medium-sized companies. Jam producer Hans Staud and top winegrower Horst Gager will be among those speaking on behalf of Bank Austria. At www.von-anfang-an.at, they are featured in short films talking about the ups and downs of their business lives and the role of the bank as a reliable partner.
This is also the core of the campaign: Bank Austria is a dedicated partner for small and medium-sized companies from the first day on, with competent advice and custom-tailored offers. The Bank Austria SME investment package therefore offers the Bank Austria BusinessPlanner Basic with an entire day of training at no extra cost for every investment loan totalling EUR 100,000 or more. In addition, 40 new competence centres for freelancers are being established all over Austria.
