I’m sure he will provide an important contribution to the results of the local bank thanks to his managerial experience. At the same time, let me especially welcome Tamara Savoschenko on board. She is not only the first woman to hold the position of CEO of a bank in Central and Eastern Europe, a fact that makes me very proud, but, together with Mauro Maschio, also brings a profound knowledge of Ukrsotsbank to her new task, which will ensure continuity in the repositioning of our local bank. Finally, let me thank Klaus Priverschek, for his valuable contribution into our Bank's results and well-being in the past successful years and wish him well in the next stages of his career within UniCredit".
Mr. Cameli joined UniCredit in 2005, after working for Generali and McKinsey. His career at UniCredit led him from Rome to Vienna, where he became Head of CEE Retail, and further on to Kiev, where he was CEO of the local Ukrsotsbank.
Ms. Savoschenko, currently serving as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at JSC Ukrsotsbank, started her career in the Kiev Region Branch in 1993. After holding various positions within Ukrsotsbank, Savoschenko was named Head of IT and Back-Office in 2011 – a position she holds to this day.
