Sale of Schottengasse to investor Ronny Pecik successfully completed
- Contract closed out on the sale of Bank Austria’s headquarters at 6-8 Schottengasse to an investment company of RPR Privatstiftung owned by investor Ronny Pecik
Bank Austria and RPR Privatstiftung owned by investor Ronny Pecik have announced the successful sale of the building in Schottengasse, and all of the provisions set forth in the contract concluded in December were fulfilled. Both parties have agreed to keep the purchase price and the specific content of the contract in confidence.
Until its new corporate headquarters (Austria Campus) near the North Railway Station are completed, Bank Austria will remain a tenant in Schottengasse – thus nothing will change for customers and employees until 2016/17. Bank Austria’s new headquarters beside Vienna’s Nordbahnhof will accommodate all staff and management after its completion.
