UniCredit Bank Austria has completed a USD 240 million refinancing for O1 Properties
- Syndicate of banks also includes UniCredit Bank Russia and Gazprombank
- Refinancing of Ducat Place III in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, a premier office scheme for international companies
On behalf of a syndicate of banks, UniCredit Bank Austria AG announces the completion of the refinancing of Ducat Place III in Moscow, Russia. It is recognized as one of the prime office centers in Moscow located at 6 Gasheka street, in the Central Administrative District of Moscow having a total area of 46,085 square meters and a net rentable area of 33,251 square meters.
UniCredit Bank Austria AG, ZAO UniCredit Bank and Gazprombank have jointly underwritten a USD 240 million senior facility to refinance Ducat Place III office building. The building is owned by O1 Properties. UniCredit is acting as agent of this financing transaction, with the underwriting of the facility being provided by UniCredit Bank Austria, ZAO UniCredit Bank Russia and Gazprombank.
