FACC AG expands long-standing partnership with UniCredit in Upper Austria
UniCredit Leasing Austria finances research and development centre for aircraft components manufacturer FACC
FACC AG is one of the world's leading companies in the development and production of fibre-reinforced composite components and systems for the aviation industry. UniCredit Bank Austria's corporate banking unit in Upper Austria has been FACC's core banking partner for many years and provides the Upper Austrian global player with extensive strategic advice and customised solutions. This long-standing successful partnership is now being further expanded:
UniCredit Leasing Austria, Austria's largest leasing company, will finance a research and development centre for the Upper Austrian aircraft components manufacturer FACC AG at St Martin/Innkreis. UniCredit Leasing Austria will purchase a property of just over 50,000 m² with three buildings. The next step will be the construction of a research and development building with a total floor space of 7,300 m², with financial assistance being provided by ERP/AWS (Austria Wirtschafts-Service). The start of construction work is scheduled for spring 2012.
