Deputy mayor Renate Brauner and Bank Austria CEO Erich Hampel to kick off the SME Info Day in Vienna
The second SME Info Day will offer concise information and expert talks on business succession and transferring an existing business
Deputy mayor Renate Brauner and Bank Austria CEO Erich Hampel invite you to attend the second SME Info Day on 17 September 2009. Bank Austria is hosting the SME Info Day in cooperation with austria wirtschaftsservice (aws), the Vienna Business Agency (VBA), Wiener Kreditbürgschaftsgesellschaft (WKBG) and Wifi Vienna. This day will be all about business succession and transferring an existing business.
The event series was initiated by Bank Austria and offers small and medium-sized businesses comprehensive and concise expert advice and information on the topics of financial planning, establishing or taking over a business, liquidity management, and government assistance programmes.
The first event in June of this year was already very well received by Viennese SMEs. "Transferring a company to new ownership is and remains a challenge. And the number of companies that could potentially be transferred by 2020 is enormous at 60,000. I am certain that we will be able to offer our customers highly valuable information and advice again on this day," explained Bank Austria Management Board director for private and business customers Rainer Hauser.
