International Investors Conference set to open in Kitzbühel
The traditional UniCredit CAIB investors conference will take place this year from 21 to 24 January 2009 at Hotel Schloss Lebenberg in Kitzbühel. To kick off the official programme of the International Investors Conference on Thursday, Fritz Schweiger, Head of Global Equity Sales, will be on hand. High-profile investors will come face to face with representatives from some 40 listed Austrian companies to discuss the latest stock market developments.
"Against the backdrop of the volatile market environment, this will definitely be a challenge for both sides this year", said Klaus Requat, Head of Investment Banking Austria. "With ATX valuations at all-time lows and dividend yields at unusually high levels, it remains to be seen how companies present their outlook for 2009. In any case, our conference offers the best conceivable opportunity for investors to gain some orientation", said Fritz Schweiger. The three-day International Investors Conference has become a not-to-be-missed event for participants in the Austrian stock market and is arousing increasing interest among numerous investors from all over Europe.
