Human Resources acts as a partner to the business areas in matters of personnel strategy and implementation within Bank Austria as well as among the subsidiaries in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.
Our aim is to create an environment for our employees that allows them to achieve sustainable value enhancement for our customers and that makes us proud of our company. The basis for this is the rich diversity among our employees and ongoing diversity initiatives, particularly for encouraging women with potential.
Our HR tasks include optimal, comprehensive services for employees and supervisors as well as their ongoing development. We are dedicated to recognising potential on all levels at an early stage and fostering it.
We then employ ongoing further development, encourage internal mobility and make use of targeted succession planning. These and additional measures allow us to meet the varying needs of the business areas.
