Green buildings - destined for success
At Bank Austria, sustainability is more than just a buzzword. We are committed to the concept of "Green Buildings", not only as it makes environmental sense, but also because it enables us to combat the effects of climate change and promote sustainable business practices.
Demand for sustainable real estate is on the rise. This is being driven by the lower operating expenses, and by the fact that sustainability is central to some companies’ corporate governance. Also for international real estate funds, investing in green buildings is now almost a matter of course as they attempt to maximise asset quality and portfolio performance.
